Selva Negra Matagalpa, Nicaragua

Sunday, July 10, 2016

Welcome back to my journey in Nicaragua. I'm sorry I couldn't post these any sooner. I had everything ready to post but had no way of posting for you guys! I am actually on my flight back to Palm Springs, California and have so many posts for you guys lined up. I will be posting one every two days. So don't forget to check back in!

These 10 days were definitely eventful! Lots of things happened, good and bad experiences but it helped me overcome obstacles and learn more about myself.

This beautiful place is Selva Negra Matagalpa, it is honestly so beautiful and the same day I went to another place which will be in an upcoming post so you'll see two outfits are the same. Selva Negra was pouring rain and a couple days before I rolled my ankle so I wasn't in the best condition to walk everywhere, but I did a bit of strolling around, and it was worth it.

They had beautiful indoor rooms for getting married or events, the houses were painted on the outside, and had a cute little wishing well. Definitely one of my favorite places in Nicaragua, and surprisingly it was cold! I'm used to Nicaragua being humid and hot, but Matagalpa was fresh and perfect.

(PS. Don't mind my ankle brace that blends in with my skin.)
